Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at the hotel which had a convenient location but felt unsafe at night in the San Francisco streets. The service was amazing and attentive, especially the first club service, although there were elevator problems. The dining options were satisfactory but slightly overpriced. The rooms felt generic, and wear and tear issues were noticeable, including large patches of missing paint on the bathroom ceiling.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent service and facilities, but disappointed by the heavy smoke smell in the rooms. The location was a bit mixed, being close to some nice areas but not without its drawbacks. The dining experience was adequate, though I had hoped for more variety.
I had a spectacular room with a wonderful view of San Francisco. It was spacious and well-decorated, although the Nespresso machine was missing, and the Keurig provided was not working properly. The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel offers spacious and well-decorated rooms with a stellar view, but lacks a central power switch for all lights. The staff is dedicated to providing information on San Francisco attractions, although some members were perceived as rude. The location is convenient for both business events and tourist activities, despite some noise disturbances. The dining options are varied but slightly overpriced. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive features with a few drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice with a large bedroom and a clean, good-size, and modern bath. The recent renovation made the room very pleasant and ready upon my arrival. The service was exceptional, especially from Tilly, JR, Ophelia, Julia, and the whole team. The location was ideal, close to the Moscone Centre, perfect for exploring the city and enjoying various touristy destinations. However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey, and the breakfast assortment was not as expected.
The hotel's location is ideal, just perfect for exploring the city, with spacious and beautiful rooms featuring a very comfortable king-size bed. The surrounding shops and restaurants make it convenient, but it can be a bit of a walk to Union Square. The dining experience is average, and the breakfast is expensive, although the service is dedicated and friendly.
The hotel offers rooms at a premium with a good view but lacks Nespresso, only having a Keurig that was faulty during our stay. The service from JR, Ophelia, Julia, and others was professional and friendly, except for casual customer service encounters. The location is convenient close to downtown attractions but a short walk from Union Square. Dining was tasty but overpriced, with limited options for breakfast. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service in a very convenient location. The dining options were good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great choice for a San Francisco visit.
The hotel is centrally located, close to key attractions such as Moscone Center and SF MOMA. The service was exceptional, from arrival to departure, with attentive staff readily available. The dining experience was above average but slightly pricey. Overall, a convenient choice for a stay in a quieter area.
