I stayed at the hotel which had a convenient location but felt unsafe at night in the San Francisco streets. The service was amazing and attentive, especially the first club service, although there were elevator problems. The dining options were satisfactory but slightly overpriced. The rooms felt generic, and wear and tear issues were noticeable, including large patches of missing paint on the bathroom ceiling.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent service and facilities, but disappointed by the heavy smoke smell in the rooms. The location was a bit mixed, being close to some nice areas but not without its drawbacks. The dining experience was adequate, though I had hoped for more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice with a large bedroom and a clean, good-size, and modern bath. The recent renovation made the room very pleasant and ready upon my arrival. The service was exceptional, especially from Tilly, JR, Ophelia, Julia, and the whole team. The location was ideal, close to the Moscone Centre, perfect for exploring the city and enjoying various touristy destinations. However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey, and the breakfast assortment was not as expected.
